Ultra VIP, we had the NY/NJ peeps come down for it and you are closer than they are. If you can't make we understand, to bad there may not be a Lexfest this year. That's usually a big lexus meet.

 

9 hours of driving?? where in VA are you that puts you 4.5 hours out, one way. Only thing I can think of is that you are in Central Va (charlottsville, etc), or the lower part of the I-81 corridor.

 

So is this meet going to be a large as the last one. There were a few hundred cars then, but despite the snow the day before.

 

It better be, I will be baby sitting all day Saturday so I can come to this meet Sunday. Even though my daughter is 11 months, she will learn the fine skill of polishing rim lips and claying. That's if she doesn't eat it first.

im in va beach. i was quoting full drive time 4.5 hrs up and back all in the same day would make 9hrs. if i didnt have to work on saturday and monday it would be a problem, but running up there hanging out then driving back in the same day kind of sucks. well after the first post saying it wouldnt be worth it my gf decided to make plans with friends to go to busch gardens. so i cant come up this time.

are any of you guys going to the mid atlantic mega meet/car show on
Sept 29th? Its in Manassas Va. at the Prince William county fairgrounds. I am definitely going up for that one so I hope to meet some of you guys then. I will be up in NOVA Fri,Sat, and Sun. So maybe we can do a meet if people dont want to go to the mega meet. Just let me know so I can coordinate with my Range Rover Sport buddies up there to cuz they want to do a meet one of those days.

Dayummmm, that is one clean azz GS. I remember reading your post about the megameet over at Vipstyles. Wasnt sure you were the same guy. I was reading about the mega meet, but hadn't gotten all of the info. I feel you on the Va beach drive n one day, however, most would say I have bery little sympathy. LOL!!! This is what I do on a daily basis (long distance drive). Anyhow, how to meetup with ya,,and remember you are always invited to show up at any of the events we have going.

02GGP-- the sticker coment was duely noted. No we have not forgotten that people need them. An order is being processed as we speak. Took the shop a little longer than expected to match the font. Besides you have to order those things in quantity. At $2-$3 each, with no established treasury set up, yet, the money is coming from the pockets of individual members. Namely the area rep for-runners.

 

nope that car is still on the west coast. A lot of people confuse my vcar with that one. If you look at the grill they are different mine is a net sport type 2 my kit is an exclusive not a jp. The front bump on mine has 1 cross bar the jp has 2. He has a jp type 1 exhaust square tips while I have the type 2 with round tips. Mines a 400 too. I wish i wouldve bought that one. The guy who did buy it falken moved the sponsorship to him and bring his car around in the falken semi from show to show.

 

Sorry you can't make it but I understand. There was a large turn out, like Apex84 said there were a few 100 cars. We have post around here with pics. Even guys from NY/NJ/PA came down. Def catch you at the next one maybe in VA. Let me know where you got your setup (air runners) done at.
