I remember that some dealers sell a particulard devise, it's called microtrak @ http://www.microtrakgps.com/. You can find it at your local dealership I think, i know some here in the DC area sales it. Check the site for more information, I lot of commercial companies use it to keep tabs on their fleet. I seen it in action and I know I will be putting in my daughters car when she starts to drive. LOL.
