I could be wrong, but it looks like the majority of people (.net & NELOC) are staying at the Super 8. This may be the place where we will have our central meeting point for the North and South caravans. Unless you all get there by 8:00am I have the feeling that the majority won't get in on time. So it might be best for the North and South caravans to roll straight in to the fairgrounds saturday morning and do a final detail there.

FYI - Saturday Caravan

I think we should be in Carlisle no later than 8 am in order to meet up with the Friday caravan folks and then roll into the fairgrounds together. This means meeting at 5:30-5:45 am in the Baltimore area and leaving promptly at 6 am. This is my plan, other Saturday caravan'ers please pipe in and let me know your thoughts. I'm not one to be late but rather early so my plan will give us meet up time, travel time, meet up with the rest of the group and then "make pretty" time. Just my 2 cents.

Anyone know the best route? 70 to 81?

And need a spot to meet up, I was thinking Rt. 40/29 area. You can jump on 70 right there. Maybe the Super Fresh there? Ideas, thoughts?

that's not happening... haha...you guys are going to be late.... either that or REALLY tired...

why aren't people bunking with each other to save money? if your going both nights and bunking both nights it'll be the same cost as if your bunking just one night all by yourself... unless your thinking bunking just one night of course.... but it'll save you from waking up at 5 in the morning.

I'll be up there on time with or without a caravan I'm staying *free* because of how much business travel I do, I have points with Marriott hotels. I could drive up and stay Fri but I'd rather save those points and use them on another personal leisure trip and since I'm an early riser (especially for any car show we travel too) we are up and out the door.

We can split a room but I won't be going until Saturday Morning. I'll be out of town that week and flying back in friday night.
