I posted up not too long ago about my car not turning on and I took it to Lexus to see what's wrong with it.....

it was just the starter.... they gave me a curtousy car. Spending $1300 for a starter I think it was such a waste at the time.

well i guess the good news is it wasn't my car and the guy admitted that he ran the light.
so we'll see how everything works out... my car hopefully will be done tommorrow and ready for the meet at A.C.

OMG :eek2: Your not at fault in this one it seems. His insurance should cover the dmage to the dealers car. I had one of those loaners before, but mine had no dents. ;) It will all work out B. :thumbup: Glad your ok

wow, car held together pretty well though.... Gotta say as much as I hate seeing a banged up Lex, I feel more confident in them everytime I do see one....

Really sorry that this happened. Glad that you're ok. Just imagine the look on the dealers face tomorrow and the smile on yours when you walk away clean. Count your blessings that it wasn't your car.

at least it wasnt the batmobile or a 350......it was a loaner car it was ment to get F'ed up :D
Glad the guy didnt Tbone you instead....or better yet some damn trucker running late on his shipment....then that IS would be crying. I just watched a horrible movie today, the devils rejects, some chick gets splatered all over the road by a semi...damn truckers! :p

yeah.... glad it wasn't the batmobile... i'd be in tears. thanks everyone...i went to my lawyer and called all the insurances, auto body shops, and everything needed..... now i just need to go to some doctor because my back is hurting from the center - up..... head still seems out of it too, dunno why..... like it feels weird and everytime i shake my head or turn my head quick it hurts a bit.

i hate bad drivers

I would stay out of work for a while$$$. Did you file a no-fault claim with your insurance company?
