Omaha...White IS-F

 

I've seen a white ISF over at Nebraska furniture mart the other day. I've also seen a different owner driving a blue ISF and silver one just a few days ago

It would be pretty cool to meet up with a group of Lexus owners in Omaha local area sometime this Spring/Summer.

Let me know if anyone is interested.

And if any ISF owners have any mods let me know. Already looking at header install and would like to see if anyone locally has modified theirs yet

 

I agree it would be cool to meet up. That was probably me you saw by Nebraska Furniture Mart. I work kinda by there, so was probably on my lunch break. I have Joe Z Intake and Exhaust on my F as far as mods.

 

Moving to Omaha in two weeks.. coming from South Carolina, seems like there isn't alot going on in NE with cars? any local car forums?

 

Well there's a Nissan group, Subaru group, a handful of Mitsubishi Evo guys that started a local group. There's a BMW group also.

Aside from that you can range from new modifiers to the serious group which is part of a local autocross group

I hang out with the Subaru and BMW group. May start talkin with autocross group soon considering I know a handful of those people

Definitely would like to hear the intake/exhaust sometime.

 

What color is your IS-F? Yeah we should plan having a lexus gathering sometime this spring.

 

i would be down for a meet or whatever if this goes down to start a car club. I am not into street racing, but i am into making the lexus look, sound, and drive better. i'm still down to see some races though! I need to make some contacts so i can get some help installing random parts in this car! I also want to hear a is250/is350 with mods...suprisingly i haven't seen any modified lexus' around town.

 

Ive got an USB colored ISF. I live in the bellevue are just off chandler st exit. I bought mine from the Lexus out in west Omaha

I agree with getting a Lexus meet set up.

I've seen a few modified Lexus but it seem like they are just weekend driver or they only track their cars

 

My buddy had a Silver GS300 that had a Supra motor and single turbo setup on it, but he sold it a few months back. When did you pick up your USB? I almost bought a USB one, but I had my heart set on white. Took me over 2 months to find it and had to get it out of Pittsburgh. They are definitely great cars...

 

Bought it in october on my birthday. Decided to give myself my own present that day. Very first moment the dealer rep seen me he didnt believe I was capable of buying. Ran my info and credit history and then we were off on a test driver.

Purchased a month and a half after test drive when dealer called me back to say lets sit down and make a deal on the car. Was looking at a new BMW 1M initially and then went with the USB ISF. Only had 5700 miles for a 2009. and 1200 were added by the dealer is the only sad part.

Other ISF I looked at was White with 14k miles out in West Omaha but wasnt sure if I should go for it or not at the time.

Just bought an HKS mid-pipe for the ISF last weekend from another forum person. Should be in tomorrow.

Gonna install on April 6th weekend. Then I am scheduled for PPE Headers install in Arizona at the end of May. When I get back I am buying an intake and that about wraps up my mods for the car this Summer. I cant wait.

Subaru club guys are heading over to Mid America Motorsports track in Glennwood, IA for a track get together if anyone else wants to join in just seeing some of the local modified Suby group members. Let me know if anyone from Lexus is interested and we can meet up and drive over there.

I'm doing it mainly to kick back, see some cars, and talk with some of the people I know.
