This meeting is set up so we all can get together and plan out our Bandimeer event in July. These are a few topics we will discuss in May 12th (please come with ideas):

- Number of cars will come to Bandimeer
- Can we get Sponsors for this even and who
- Create Flyers for distribution
- Tent, chair, food, drink, ect. that need for the event.
- Oh, and how cool is your LEXUS!!!
