Just letting everyone know it was a kinda shady deal. I told him i would send him a PM by 4pm yesterday, so I sent him a message at 3:15, then noticed he hadn't been on and sent another one at 5 to say i was 100% sure I would purchase it.
So what message do i get this morning? Oh sorry, "hey blue im so sorry i didnt recieve a pm from u today so i thought u didnt want it just saw ur replie and i sold it this evening"
So i sent him 2 that day, and he still sold it to someone else

Sorry that you did not get the item Blue. Whether or not it was an innocent mistake, it is still his item to sell and can sell it to anyone he chooses, regardless of dibs or offers or what not. Unless he mislead you on the product, the condition, the price, ... I think the word shady is a bit strong. In the end, he did not take any money from you and you only lost some time dealing with the sale.
Anyway, lv2000, let us know if this item is really sold so we can close up the thread.

the unit has been sold and i did wait the amount of time i promised never heard from blue so i moved to next in line i had 15 people interested in the unit i stated first with cash gets it since the first 3 were bs so i sold to next available since i believed blue decided to pass once again im sorry but it wouldnt be fair to refund the money to the person that paid me so u can have it as u wanted
....
