I found a pic that KINDA shows the vent/mount thing I was talking about. If you look kinda close, you can see where the vent was removed, and see the black leather

I am waiting for the m/o from Juice for the headrest screens but NYBLk will not be picking up the front screen and DVD

No, but its real easy to do, my brother put TVs in his Avalon, and his shop did the same thing, and they didnt even see my setup, he just told them. its VERY easy to take the dash apart on this car man, just pop out the A/C vents and pull the ashtray assembly out and there are four 10-12mm bolts that hold the climate control and radio in, just pull those two out and you have all the access you need to run the wires!
I watched the guys at my stereo shop do it and thats what they did. Just take out a vent grille and cut a piece of wood in that shape!!

That sounds easy enough.... Can you take the monitor down pretty easily? Also, Is this how you can get into the leds in the center console? some of my bulbs are out and it's driving me crazy that I can't change them.
