Are the step lip permanently black? Or by chance do they have a removable paint on them (plasti dip etc.)?

wheels are powder coated black. You can have them re power coated. But if you really want to plastidip forged wheels go for it lol

Was hoping it was plastidipped so I could peel it off and have a chrome lip with black face, personally I think its pointless to have 2-piece/3-piece wheels painted all the same color.
