Might be a silly question, but are these conical/tapered lugs? I know the differences, just wanted to get confirmation.

Two questions about these:
1) Are they aluminum, steel, or titanium?
2) What is the diameter at the largest point? I want to make sure it fits my F-Sport wheel.

2) Should still fit fine with f-sport wheels
