Selling this unit, worked great but sold car. Harness is for cars that had Nav previously, addtional work will be required if they didn't have Nav.. Includes fix for airbag light.

interesting, looking to upgrade but don’t really like the 2 screen look of adding aftermarket stereo... some questions:
1) does this setup retain factory backup camera?
2) retain factory radio/head unit?
3) retain factory steering wheel controls?
4) “w/dvd” factory or aftermarket?
5) any documentation/installation instructions included/available?
6) how difficult was the install? diy or not?

1 Not by default, I modified mine and documented it, there's a ton of cheap cameras you can replace with.
2) replaces the whole setup, has radio/climate built in
3) Yes, and customizable
4) DVD is built into the unit
5) Yes there's a few vids and forum posts about install
6) Very easy now that I've done the fix for airbag.
* This assumes you have a Nav model of lexus. Not Non-Nav or ML.
I have a 2010 with Navi. Will this be direct plug and play no issues? Or is there some bugs I should expect that needs resolving? And does it work with factory back up camera?

There were some oddities, but just android stuff. Also netflix would stream a lil big unless you downloaded the vid for offline. Does not work with stock backup cam without mods.(unless they have a new harness they'll send you)
Hi Mysta, if it's in mint shape then I'll take it. $500 shipped to Virginia ok? Is it the 2gb model? I ordered one new off of Phoenix Android Radio but it's taking forever. I have Nav so I should be ok, but also there was a selection for "OEM Fiber Optic Amp" which I think I have too. Is that compatible? The airbag mod... is that something you did to the radio so I won't have to? Also I'd love to retain the factory camera if you could tell me what harness I'd need to get in order to do that. Or does yours come with that harness?
Hey guys, I bought this unit from Mysta, but as it turns out my 2010 IS350 Nav has different connectors than his 2007 IS350 Nav. I was trying to see if Phoenix Android could get me the correct harness over the past few weeks, but they said it wasn't compatible. So I'm placing it on here as for sale again if anyone is still interested. Never actually installed, so it's in the same exact shape as when I bought it (with the screen protector etc). I don't know which year the change was made for sure, just that 2010 was different.
