Default Prepaid Maintenance

I just bought a 2019 Lexus ES350, my second Lexus, and got the Prepaid Maintenance Plan for $1695/30,000mi/3 yrs/5,000 interval miles and im still trying to figure out if it is worth it. They didn't have this plan when I bought my last Lexus, so it sounded reasonable, but still wanted to get a feel from the Lexus family if it is worth it so that I can cancel within the 30 day period. Any advice would be appreciated!

I don't know what is included in the plan, but I bought a 2016 CPO with 19,000 miles that included 2 years of free maintenance. I brought it in 4 times, every 6 months for the included service. The service over 2 years was basically 3 oil changes, wipers, air filters, batteries in the remote and inspection of parts. They have done the 25, 30, 35, and 40,000 miles schedules services since I bought it, even though I only have a little over 30,000 miles. Most of the services were multi point inspections.
I only have 31,200 miles and nothing has gone wrong. It still has original tires and brakes, so no real cost has come up aside from replacing the battery myself. I will need tires this winter, and probably brakes early next year. Here's a screenshot of my part of the Certified 30,000 mile service visit.
I do my service at a friends service station now, which is basically oil, fluid top off and a quick check myself of the car while it is up. I then upload it to the Lexus Drivers website.
I find it kind of interesting how the same item seem to be repeated on the Lexus invoice. Maybe they think making the service write up longer will seem like they did more?

We have the same in the UK. Prices work out to be the same as individual services, although you can often get a discount on the plan, I got 15%. The advantages here are that you can pay monthly, interest free, and you avoid any price rises over the period. So for me it was worth it.

I simply go to my longtime independent mechanic (35 years), have him change oil every 6 mos. or 5,000 mi, whichever first occurs, and check and/or replace air filters, tires and brakes, fluids as needed. Have done this on all my upscale cars over the last 40 years and never any problems. Very modest annual expense that way. Now retired, driving the 2021 ES 350 I bought last year less than 5,000 mi./year. Never had expensive Lexus Maintenance Plan or any other. Has always worked fine for me.
