Default No Spark/Timing

Redid my timing belt, getting power to coil packs but no power to spark plug. Also showing code P0351, timing is dead on. It's turning over just fine and is getting fuel. Rewired all the coil packs and plug wires, brand new. I'm not getting spark to the plugs but I'm getting hot to the coil! Ran just fine when I pulled it in the garage, now won't start. Been at this for over a week!!! HELP PLEASE?!

Did you get this sorted out? I bet you left the crank position sensor or something else unplugged. Did you check the CEL codes?

Yes actually my vvti great was bad and it was staying advanced 30° all the time so my intake cam could never get in the right sequence, but now it cold starts perfect then starts idling funny and I have no power and have to pedal it to get the rpms up and going but then it's still a dog changed the vvti solenoid the ocv or whatever have cam sensor here in the morning, don't know what it could be the damn vvti is not activating???

I'd clear the codes and then check them again after running it for a few minutes.

Ive had great luck with these scanners. Cheap and you can leave them plugged in and just check your codes and get live data with your phone

Theyre like 14 bucks, they have a few different ones but they all seem about the same to me so far

I just looked at what the code you got on your first post. I changed out my spark plugs and the connectors were gone, just the wires with the terminal ends shoved onto the coils. When putting the intake back on I accidentally knocked one of the wires out and got the same code you are getting. Strangely enough it was the 2nd coil pack that i knocked a wire off. I'd make sure theyre all plugged in and double check the wiring is correct. I dont have my car with me to get pics of the wiring colors. It looks like you might have got that sorted out since it starts and runs.

If youre talking about only the last 10-20% of the throttle working then you probably have a different problem. I started up my gs300 without a few things hooked up and the same thing happened... reset the battery and plugged in the 02 sensors and a few other things and it was fine. It can be an issue with the throttle body or other things.

BTW i got that scanner on Amazon, i can send you a link if you want
