Default Differential fluid plug removal

I was wondering if anyone have a good solution to this problem. I have a 93 gs and 95 sc. Try changing my differential fluid. Problem is that on gs, plugs are frozen/stuck. Tried wd40, still would not loosen. Plug not strip, but if I put more force, then it will. Any suggestions?? sc changed.

I've had good success with a Propane Torch- just be careful where you point it and go easy on the heat!

And be certain you can remove the filler plug before removing the drain plug.

Had the same problem with my GS before. I tried soaking the plugs (both drain and refill) with WD40 and then liquid wrench for one week and still the plugs won’t budge. Then, when I went to Meineke for some underbody inspections, I asked the tech to loosen the differential plugs and then tighten it back (but not too tight). He gladly did it for me free of charge but the problem is I didn’t see how he did it. He just told me that he was able to do it as I requested. When I went home, just waited a bit to cool off the mufflers and pipes and voila I was able to remove both plugs.
