Default Intermittent power issue

When I drove my is300 yesterday the car ran great all my power was there and she got up to speed quickly. Today I got in it and it started running sluggish so I tore it apart and put new plugs in it and it started running better and then started doing that same bs. When I stomp on it, it takes forever to get up to speed and will not jump into high rpms goes up to about 5k and after that it just slowly accelerates. Thanks for reading!

do you have a check engine light? have you checked for stored codes?

Probably an ignition coil or fuel injector issue, but there are many different potential issues here.

No check engine light and zero codes I think my thermostat actually might be going out after driving it again. I don’t know if that’ll pull power from it or not though and I can’t find anything about it pulling away power.

No that wouldn't cause the issue you are experiencing.
