Default Crank shaft replacement es 300 2005

Hi
I would like to know if I have the replacement done for the crank shaft pulley as per the recall in the campaign of Lexus. What are the differences it will make in driving ?
Will it improve the start ignition ?
Will it improve the hesitation of car?
Will it improve the transmission hesitation?
Because I read one of the posts which says I need to upgrade my software for transmission hesitation but the Lexus dealer says there is no such update on this . So wanted to us that will this pulley bring changes in driving mode or not ? It is a free replacement though ..
Regards

The crank pulley replacement will not change the way the car drives. They're only replacing the pulley because there is a chance the pulley's rubber damper may separate. The transmission hesitation is a different issue and is common among the 4th gen ES. I have one and sometimes it can't tell what gear it wants to be in. It's more of an annoyance than anything, but still terrible for "Lexus" quality.
