Default A/C not cold Help

I just bought a is250 08 model. it been cool outside around 66 degrees but sun is out and get hot in the car during the day. So I use the A/C and the green light comes on also checked the compressor and fans all comes on. I then go to buy a $55 can or refrigerant with gauge so I can see if it was full or low and seems to be with in the spec of this can gauge. But the A/C doesn't feel cold at all. I tried to rev up and see if it will cool off and still nothing.
I don't want to just start replacing parts.
Any help would be useful.

For your $55, you could have paid a shop to diagnose it properly.

Without knowing exactly what is going on with pressures and actual temperature at the vent, it is impossible to even guess.
