Question Help!!!

I get in my car this evening to drive home for a day to see my folks and there is an assortment of things that were wrong with my 99 gs 4. The outside degrees was reading - - and it was in farenheit, The fan was not blowing hard and all, and there was some heat coming from the vents, i think an accuator is going bad cause i am having some issues with door locks and window function from the driver side, and my gas light was blinking all the way home. My tempture gauge did not register and looked like it was not working and my transmission lights (p r n 1 2 ect)...the green lights did not work on any of them, kind of like when your car is not started. the ect and snow buttons were not reading. the dash dimmer would flash also...making gauges bright and dim changing constant. Could it be the cold weather? its been a ice storm around school.car drove fine, just very worried, i am going to reset the ecu in the morning, but i would love to get some help on this one...i am really sweatin bullets. thanks
