ODOMETER not working any ideas?!

I have a gs300 2001 and for some reason the odometer isn't working, it keeps resetting every time I start the car. Everything else on the cluster is working just fine though

any ideas?

Do you mean the trip meter? I wouldn't be upset if my actual odometer said the car always had zero miles on it...
