All hose replacements due

I have a 2001 GS430 with 80 k miles and have never replaced any rubber under the hood except for timing belt. Is it time to have all rubber replaced? It has always been in my garage except when it is in use.

I would do the upper and lower raditaor hoses and replace the old coolant
