Default Oil filter housing stuck!

My oil filter housing is so tight that I broke the filter housing removal tool, trying to un-screw it.
I have complained to the $tealer who would have changed the oil last time since I bought it from them, but they are denying any wrong doing.

What can do to get the filter housing to budge? Is there another tool that I can use?
I used the standard round one, which broke, I tried another one that has 2 U shaped pillers but that just spins around.

The tool we usually use is an aluminum cup that slides over the housing. Is that what you are using? They are pretty strong, havent broken one yet. Post a picture of the tool you are trying to use. I suspect it may not be the exact one required...

The one that looks like a pair of pliers may not work as there is not enough space to grip and turn. I tried with the traditional round strap.
The second one with teh U-shape and spring laded one did not work at all and I tried even with a rubber band over it to make the grip a bit tighter, but no cigar!
The round aluminum round that slips over the filter housing is one that I broke and i will post a picture later.
I have now bought the 3-prong tool but I have been sick so have not had the chance to change it yet.

If this does not work I will have to take it to the $tealer service department and see if they can losen it up for me.
