Sounds like you bought a little bit of a lemon with a number of electrical issues... Which oil light is on? Low oil pressure or low oil level? The level sensor is located on the upper oil pan on the driver side - it could be stuck, it could be disconnected, or the wiring could be faulty. The oil pressure sensor is located in the large bolt that holds the oil filter housing to the block - same potential issues here - it could be faulty, disconnected, or bad wiring.

Traction indicator blinking - hard to say, could be a wheel speed sensor, computer issue or other - will need a scan tool (a good one) to find out for sure...

check engine - at least get to a place like autozone that will pull codes for you and report back...

a/c - you have a blend door issue - the door is stuck, broken, or the actuator does not work. this can be a pain to fix properly...

there are two fuse boxes in the car, one under the hood, one to the left of your foot if you were driving... to the left of the brake pedal...
