Oil Changes are now $11 (!) at Firestone dealers.....
Not sure if this is a national or just a local promotion, but FYI, Firestone has been running coupons in the LA Times sports section for $10.99 oil changes. There were coupons in Sunday's and Wednesday's editions (possibly other days, too).
I used mine today to get my oil changed, for one-fourth the cost of a dealer oil change.
The coupons expire Oct 31st.

I've also seen plenty of ads and coupons from Discount Tire Centers for $9.99-$11.99 oil changes (forgot the exact amount) with Pennzoil 10W-30 oil. Which I hear is one of the best off-the-shelf conventional motor oils due partly to its moly anti-wear additive content.
Assuming you bring your own quality filter like the Toyota 90915-20004 (never assume these places use quality filters), that works out to about $5 labor. For that price, I'd rather watch them do it than get on my hands and knees and do it myself.
