NavTech database errors
All NavTech database errors can be reported directly to NavTech via their website at:
http://update.navtech.com/english_df.asp
Please note:
1) Either dealership personnel or the customer can access and submit the form.
2) It may take a couple of update cycles before an error is corrected.
3) A great deal of detail will be required to make a error understandable and fixable.
4) Pictures of the nav screen are always helpful and can be electronically attached via the entry form.
