Question Need fuses

Last week, my grandparents 4 runner needed to be jumped, it was, but i believe there was a short, i have no idea why but it did and now the radio and interior lights don't work. My first question is, is it definitely fuses? i haven't been able to check or be able to tell to be honest, and can i buy these fuses at any auto parts store, or do i have to order the fuses from Toyota?

The manual should have a graph indicates where is (or are if more than 1) the fuse box(es). You can read whether the fuse is blown by using a screw driver (flat) to pry it out and see if the metal wire is disconnected.

Usually, fuses don't blow unless something is happening. If you replace the fuse and it blows again, something is shorted in the system. It happens to me one time when there was condensation from a bad car wash (water gets into the electronics) and another time the contacts on my light bulb melted and shorted the 2 poles together.
