Default Replace brake pads at ?mm remaining

I have a 95 ES300. I've already purchased factory pads. At what pad thickness should old ones be replaced?

Bob,

If you are to install the pads, do not take it to lexus dealer. I used to own a 97 ES300 and my dealer charged me $1100 to replace the pads. Of course I refused them but they constantly told me my car is a danger on the road since there is min pads left and wouldn't release my car (took it in for maintenance).
