2001 gs430 check engine light with code p0136

Oxygen O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1, Sensor 2

what side is bank 1? where can i get a sensor for a good price. thanks

now im getting the p1349 code. any help?

Bank 1 is on the driver side.
Sensor 2 is the downstream one.
