window with heater icons has darkened,95 SC 300,can any thing be done to clear window up.

 

It's commonly called screen bleed, and is very common.

You can usually find a used one for sale, or there are several repair listings on *bay for roughly $75. I am trying this route myself, as I have the same issue. The screen itself has to be replaced, not just bulbs.

Post a WTB on the sc classified forums and lookup member Aliga for used solution.
