Does anyone know what to do or where or how to install those aluminum brackets they give you with the intake?

?!?!?.... Not sure what you mean here... Did you get a kit? It should be all in the instruction there. If not, you can go to that website (like KNFilter.com) and check... Looks like you own an IS300? You can go to that section and there may be some DIY's with pix.
