Brakes repair places in SoCal?

I am looking for a good place in SoCal to repair/install brakes on my '02 GS300. It's making this horrible grinding noise even when I am not braking. Is it because the rotors are warped? Appreciate any help and suggestion.

Where is the grinding noise coming from? You can look up for repair shops in the socal forum. Lots of recommendations there.

It's hard to tell, when I am sitting inside it appears to come from the driver front side. When I am outside with someone else driving, it appears to come from the back. Thanks for the heads up on the Socal forum.. heading over there now.
