Exclamation P0011 Help

Hello clublexus,
I'm having trouble with my 2004 lexus gs300 with 152k miles in it.
after I got my vvti cam gear, ignition coils and wires and even ocv replaced,
the CEL P0011 still there, the car runs fine, but it idles a little high while on park (1200rpm) , but if its on regular stop on Drive, the idle is normal.
could it be a bad timing? and also my oil is new as well using mobil1 synthetic oil 5w-30

I would have the shop recheck the cam timing, possible timing belt/cam gear is off a tooth, forward or back.
