2000 es300 OBDII code P0171

2000 es300 OBDII code P0171
need help
my es300 got 26k miles and ive got the check eng +trac-off in the same time.
the OBDII scan code is P0171 wich is sys is too lean ..
been told most likly is one of the three O2 sensors
my ? dose that make both the eng + trac-off lights come on in the same time
ive checked the two front O2 sensors voltage and it range from
0.1-0.7 VOLT and the other 0.1-1.1 volt is that off
pls help
