I'd recommend your timing belt, water pump and other parts associated with that job (seals, belts, tensioners, crank seals ect).
Also your spark plugs if you feel up to it.
Also get your Lower Ball Joints and Tie Rods inspected... they may be due for a change as well.
If you want you might as well do the usual Engine Oil, Tranny, Differential fluid exchanges as well and clean your throttle body and MAF while you're at it.

I PM'ed Carson Lex, and this is what he told me.
What I don't understand, is they ARE a lexus dealer? So why are they not able to list what we need?

I dont have a list for the the 90k service, you can call any lexus dealer for the list of parts then foward it to me and ill get you your pricing.
