I highly doubt it. That would probably fall under normal wear and tear.
I agree with RTIS250. Normal wear and tear on the leather, the Lexus extra care don't know what's happened to the leather cover. For example, customer may use the wrong type of leather cleaner, spilled something on the leather, color from clothes, etc...
