Default Vehicle Platinum Care

Anybody have the vehicle platinum care and know if it will cover faded leather ? And also some leather that has a dried up texture and feel to it ?

I highly doubt it. That would probably fall under normal wear and tear.

I agree with RTIS250. Normal wear and tear on the leather, the Lexus extra care don't know what's happened to the leather cover. For example, customer may use the wrong type of leather cleaner, spilled something on the leather, color from clothes, etc...

Thanks guys .. but to update , they already covered my expenses and repaired the damage under the platinum care plan , with no charge.
