It would be a rare find, maybe some early ES 250's or such are a possibility. Problem is, insurance companies part them out to body shops and such, because the parts are so valuable and wanted.

Some cars take forever , or never, to find their way to the boneyard, ( can you imagine stumbling upon a Viper? lol).

Not saying it can't happen, but you'd be one lucky guy to locate a GS or LS at a U-Pull-It yard.I go to one near me, and i've never even seen a 1990 ES, or LS. One can dream though.

Thanks for the reply. I kind of suspected that this would be the case with most high-line cars.

But if anyone has ever come across something, post it here.

Lexus parts are hard to find, but still possible. Some junkyard wants almost as much as the new part from the dealer so shop around and know your best new price before buying junk part. I was looking for an alternator for my SC400 the price was from $65 to $275

Corvette and Viper do not go to any junkyard. They have their own junkyard. That way the Corvette junkyard people can charge any price they want...let hope that Lexus don't come to that, then again Lexus part are as rare as Corvette and Viper...
