I notice this morning that when the passenger seat belt is clip on... the "passenger AIRBAG OFF" light will go on. But the SRS light is off! Can someone help me to explain this? Did I somehow accidently turn off the passenger air bag or if there is a malfuction to the passenger air bag?

Well, when there is no weight in the seat, and you clip the seat belt in, the airbag will turn off and not function. When you have weight, i beleive more than 8lbs, in the seat and you clip the seat belt in, then the air bag should be on. If this isnt the case, then you need to take your car to a dealer and have it checked out under warranty.
