Rear brakes

I have a 2002 GS300 it has been making this grinding noise while the wheel are rolling the two rear wheels you don't have to step on the brake to hear it I check the brake and it new, any suggestions thanks

get it up in the air and check... could be lots of things... a brake pad could be coming apart (even if new) could also be a stuck or worn out parking brake...
