Default Control Arm Bushings

Any one out there have any luck changing the control arm bushings, do they have to be burned or pressed out. I'm new to the board and new to Lexus. I have a 1994 GS300 with 151,xxx miles. And what are my chances on getting some urethane replacements?

Those bushing need to be press out. Try Daizen or search in the GS/SC forum for more info.
