The power steering on the '94 ES300 has leaked and made a "boing" noise and others when you turn off the car and driving it.
I had a new OEM P/S pump installed today at aToyota shop and the P/S is still going "Boing" when you turn it off....????.
The mechanic did say one end of the Steering Rack has a leak in the boot .

Any ideas????

Is it the rack making noises???
