Default 94 LS400 Instrument Panel Lights

Our 94 LS400 instrument panel lights work fine when it is warm but in winter, after an initial flash they take 30-40 minutes to start to flicker and finally come on. I suspect a temperature sensitive relay.

Does anyone know where this relay might be located or have a wiring diagram?

Your help greatfully appreciated.

Thanks,

Stephen Morris

it's not a relay. it's a capacitor that has worn down and is affected by temperature, causing it not to hold enough charge.
