RX 330 Drivetrain backlash

I have a small but, notable noise (sounds like excessive backlash) with my 2004 RX-330 (awd) around 30-40 mph during minor changes to speed. Any ideas?

if you mean something like thumps with the trany shift there is tsb about loose hoses in the trany .speak to the dealer.
