Default RX 300 AC compressor is making noise HELP

Hello there. Iam new to this. We are dutch and live in the dominican republic. So I bought a car for the lady. Now the car is running perfect. Only the A/C compressor starts to make noise.
So I went to a local (primitive) car shop to ad some liquid inside but it didn't help.
Does anyone know how much liquid goes in. They told me about 30 pound??
Regards,

Wim de Kunder

Welcomes to CL. What do you mean in term of " Liquid"? You mean refrigerant R134 or oil ND-8. Your compressor may goes bad and check for any compressor oil around the compressor.

Thanks for the tip. What I did was going to a garage where they are specialised in AC systems??
I meant with the liquid the R134. When they fild it up the noise was gone but then the men relaesed the R134 again because he said it is only allowed to have 30 libre (or so).
So the pressure was good like all the toyota's.
But I have to go 400km to the garage because on the island we only have one dealer.
But I will check for oil around the compressor.
