I would put the right two on the left, left two on the right... See if symptoms change. You didn't mention the condiction or how wide the tire is. Any wheel offsets? The condiction of the front and rear suspension bushings may also throw out the four wheel allignment. Does the dealer consider the wheel and tire exchange warranty supportable? How many miles on the tires and RX330?

Default rx pulls right

The RX 330 has 16,000 miles on it, really pulls to the right and seems like heavy steering, drove a RX with 17" wheels and ES 300, drove perfectly

Cool

does the wheel shake at high speeds, or does the car just gradually pulll to the side
check your tire pressure too - that could have a little bit to do with it

Tire pressure can be a culprit. Since I race in my RX, this one of the details I try to take care of but I have had issues with suspension arm bushings getting worn in the past. Did you see what your caster and camber were by chance on the alignment?
