I also posted this on the ES 300 form. Just incase you didn't get a call from Lexus, ES 300 from 94 to 98 are been recalled. That means we have to take our 96 ES 300 back to dealer to get it fixed ASAP. It's a Steering Wheel Nut Set recall.

When Lexus does a Special Service Campaign they will also fill your gas tank up. This is done to off-set the inconvenience of you having to bring your car in.

So bring it in on EMPTY!

 

I brought in mine for the recall service, and asked about the gas fill-up, Lexus of Sacramento says they don't do that.

If you're sure Lexus is supposed to fill up the tank for specical service campaign, then I need to report this dealer.
