Default '95 ES300 is bogging in first gear

My car boggs in first gear really really bad. Once it's in second gear, it runs like normal

I know it's a tranny problem, but exactly what, i'm not sure. Any help appreciated.

It's a '95 ES300, 150k miles.

While I dont have your car here with me to look at, you might want to check your rubber intake hose (the one going to the airbox; it's kind of an accordion-ing black hose). That hose can break at the "accordions" and cause your car to bog. Let me know what you find.

HOly crap. It's ripped on the underside, not visible to the eye.

I think ima have to bootleg rig it, until i can get to the junkyard.

Most likely it's freshly broken then if you dont have a check engine light (yet).
Next step, check your motor mounts. On this particular 1MZ engine, bad motor mounts can cause the engine to shift around in such a way that the intake hose starts twisting and kinking too much.

i've already replaced the one on the top of the motor, by the radiator cap. the urethane was cracking on both ends.

It might seem like a lot of money, but for the relative investment, doing all of the motor mounts will be good, me thinks. Ths mounts are one of the FEW things that needs to be replaced every 80,000 or so miles and they're good again. Seems like you take really good care of the ES. I say fix it.
