LEXUS WESTMINSTER ...

This is PREMIER service center in the UNITED STATES -

Literally first one of it's kind.. it's soo big that we had to detach it from the sales center..
Lexus calls it the flagship to where all other Owners of lexus dealers fly down here weekly to look at the place..

30 lifts for the technicians..

Default Welcome aboard....!

...and here's your first question. I ask this to all the Service Advisors (er, "Consultants") I meet:

How many broken timing belts have you ever seen? Specifically on the early, non-interference V8's of the early-to-mid 90's. Don' t count the ones that snap after the water pump siezes up, just the ones that have broken from running too long without being changed.

I was there during the grand opening gala. Very nice facility. I definitely enjoyed the plasma screen TV's and the cool botique area.
