Proper Brake Bleeding Sequence?

Default Proper Brake Bleeding Sequence?

What is the proper brake bleeding sequence for a '98 LS 400 and a '00 GS300? Both have ABS and believe the old strategy of starting with the farthest from master cylinder doesn't apply with ABS.
