Question 45K service & Longo Lexus

Hey peeps

I'm coming up on my 45K service, as well as the end of my 4 year, 50,000 warranty. I normally use Lexus of Thousand Oaks for service, but wanted to hear how much better Longo has been for you guys. I would like to take my car in this Saturday afternoon for a oil change, filter change, tire rotation, brake fluid flush, transmission fluid flush (too much driving in traffic) as well as a few warrantied things I wanted to have them try and resolve that other dealers couldn't.

Will need a loaner as well as a flat bed delivery of the car after service since it probably wouldn't be finished until the following week (live on Westside). Who's our service hookup there? Is my timeline feasible?

Longo Lexus service has been great to me. My advice to you is to make an appointment before yo come in, because they are a volume dealership, they are busy on the weekends. Despite the fact they are much larger than Thousand Oaks, they do carry more loaner cars. The only drawback is you need to have advance notice and an appointment for one. Mobile and flatbed service is also on a long list, so you need to make an appointment for that as well.

Thanks for the quick reply... since I want to get my car in before my basic warranty expires, I'll probably stick with Lexus of T.O. this time around, but will definitely consider Longo for my 60K that seems to run a bit more $$$.

FYI

Flatbed pickup/delivery and Mobile Service (mobile for very small things... oil change, basic 5k services, etc) are provided for Lexus owners that purchased their vehicle from Longo
