I am working on my son's 2004 ES 330 and I routinely install Fumoto valves on my cars' oil pan to make changing the oil easier and less messy. Long story short, we find out the previous owner had put in an aftermarket oil pan with a non standard thread size, and the valve I bought did not fit.
I don't want to dwell on the details but suffice it to say that the Fumoto CS reps went out their way to make things right even when I bought the valve from an unofficial source.
Props to them and this makes me be an even bigger fan on the company.
