I just swapped out my OEM screws with some 5mm X 16mm Allen wrench type screws from Home Depot. Not totally theft-proof, but it won't be as easy as using a philips screwdriver. Cost was under $1 for 4 black screws.

yeah a normal thief wont be caring a set of allen wrenches. i also thought about using little key locks, but pete's idea sounds better
